How long does it take to print an order?

Standard turn around time is 10 business days.  Depending on our schedule times may vary.  Please mention in hand date when ordering.  Completion time is estimated from time of art/quote/proof approval.

What is the minimum order?

Shirts – Qty. 24 (You can mix and match garment styles)

Stickers – Screen Printed Qty. 250, Digital Qty. 125, Plotted $75 min. (2 sq. ft)

Hats – Screen Printed Qty. 24, Digital Qty. 12, Sublimation Qty. 12

Can I supply my own garments?

Yes, for garments only.  No hats.  (Restrictions apply)  Print pricing increases on supplied garments.  No previously worn garments.

If you create art for me do you own it.

No.  Despite what other print shops do we do not feel the need to take advantage of you.  We will supply you the file in any format you need.

Do you charge extra for 2XL and above?

Yes, depending on the style there are additional fees for sizes bigger than S-XL.

Do you do sample prints?

No.  We do digital proofs.  You can ask for a press check when the job hits the presses.

Do I need to pay up front?

We require a 50% deposit or the blank garment total before we start the order.  Balance due on delivery.

Do you do RUSH jobs?

Yes, as long as the schedule permits.  Rush fees apply.

How many colors can I print?

Spot colors – 5, Process Printing (4CP) Best on lighter garments.

What type of hats do you print on?

Mesh hats only.

Do you embroider?

No.

What kind of shirts do you carry?

All the major brands.  Please ask for links to distributors.

Do you print car decals and magnets?

Yes, Plotted vinyl and digital.  Sorry no vehicle wraps.

Do you expose screens if I want to try to print myself?

Yes, Priced according to mesh count and size.

Do you print Surf Lams?

Digital call for availability, Screen Printed send art and we can see what the best solution is.

Do you print on Sports Jerseys? Numbering?

Yes, depending on the material we may do heat transfers.
